At Ornish, we care deeply about your experience and product quality. If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible returns must:

• Be unused and in original packaging

• Be reported within 3 days of receiving the order

• Include proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
